The Ear, Nose and Throat Department based at the Freeman Hospital has apermanent vacancy for a reliable, hardworking and motivated people to join our team as Outpatient Clerk Receptionist, providing a welcoming front of house service to patients, as well as providing comprehensive back of house duties such as efficient administration of outpatient waiting lists. • Interview date: 3rd May 2024 • 37 hour 30 minutes /week • You will be redirected to Trac to apply for the vacancy. The Ear, Nose and Throat Department is based at the Freeman Hospital and is one of the largest and most advanced centres in the North of England, providing a comprehensive range of emergency and non-emergency services for both children and adults. You will work with the current outpatient staff carrying out duties which will include scheduling appointments, working on reception, coordinating patients information for clinics and dealing with patient telephone queries amongst other general office duties.
